It’s really supportive for any business to manage daily operation digitally

Hello guys, i started the process of opening a bank account with you guys almost a month now but no response. I have decided to give HSBC a chance and wanted to close my account with you. But there is no way to connect. Can you please tell me how can i cancel my process of opening a account with you.

I don’t recommend They asked do you have office i said no and again they’re asking for ejari documents from a person who’s living in hotel!

I have applied for an account for my new company, uploaded all my documents. But after two weeks it’s still showing under review. It was a mistake to apply for this account. Because now I can’t open another bank account

As usual like any other company when they grow they start adapting attitude leading to poor customer experience. Wio was way too good when they started and now they are becoming least bothered about their customers. Misbehaving support representatives, lack of business understanding, delayed response and never ending promises. Definitely highly not recommend this to anyone.
