Wireless@SGx

There is no setup (to choose preferred telco and key in phone number). It went straight to download profile. All my other device can choose between different telcos but not my main phone (IPhone 14 pro max on iOS 18.1). Hence after installing the profile it just says cannot connect to wifi.

Wireless@SGx is now permanently in my Wifi and cannot be removed. You can remove the app but Wireless@SGx will always be there even after you delete the app. Phone will auto connect to it but most of the time there is no internet, which means you are forced to disconnect your wifi if you want to have internet. Totally horrible experience, missed many messages because of Wireless@SGx.

there has not been a single time where my wireless sg app did mot freeze the moment i open it. can’t even create an account before the entire app shuts down!

When I go to library and want to use wirelessSG for wifi because iPad does not have data, the app says since I do not have any network, I cannot even the use app 🤭 This is so funny, if I am accesible to network, why should I use this app? Hence, I am restrained from using it since the start . Furthermore, even after I use hotspot to connect wifi, this app isn’t working too. It indeed provides many nearby network sources , yet it does not allow me to use any of them! This makes me wonder why should I waste my storage and data to even download this app? What’s the point ? Why can’t wirelessSG just like the past, as long as you log in email, you can use it. Is this app’s initial intention just to deter non-tech savvy person from using it? One NLB, one wirelessSG, these two apps are worst apps I have ever seen. Singapore really need IT talents yeah

The app crashes the moment I open the app every single time. How do you even get started?!

Though connected & wifi signal strong, the internet is slow (takes long time to load after opened an app), sometimes the wifi cut off & reconnect frequently.

No Verification Code received despite resend several requests during set-up. Tried M1 & Singtel….make no difference. Same problem exists. This matter should be looked into.

It's not recommended as it’s non-responsive & you don't know what you are downloading to your phone.

After updating to IOS 17.4.1 I can’t connect to WirelessSGx anymore. Hope this problem can get fixed.

Installing the profile again and again and I can never connect to any wireless sgx network. On iOS 17 so not sure if it’s an issue with software or otherwise.
