Description

*******IMPORTANT NOTE********
This app requires external measurement hardware to operate. Contact [email protected] for more information.
This App is developed for rotor runout or TIR measurements. It works with Motionics Wireless Runout Test Kit, consisting of Bluetooth Angle Sensor BlueAngle and Bluetooth Dial Indicator (BlueDial or WiMER). The synchronization of displacement readings from Dial and rotating angle sensor depicts the real contour of the rotor.
Users can freely set number of test points on the circumference. Once the BlueAngle senses the rotor reaching required angular positions, this App automatically records both angle and displacement measurements.
Readings are visualized with probe meter on iPad, rotating angle indicator showing the location of the rotor. Results can be plotted as cartesian plots or polar plots.
A local report manager is enabled to store test results and allow user to review later.
Now this App supports multiple BlueDials simultaneous connection. Users can connect to up to 4 BlueDials and test 4 planes at the same time.
FEATURES:
- Wireless connectivity with displacement (dial indicator) sensor and angle sensor
- Multiple BlueDials simultaneous connection
- Probe meter for displacement readings
- User-defined range for probe meter
- 2 probe meter styles for high and low resolutions
- Analog rotating angle indicator for rotor angular position
- Remote zeroing of displacement and angle sensors from the app
- Sensor status page to show sensor signal strength, battery level and editable display name
- Cartesian plot of displacement vs. angle
- Polar plot of displacement vs. angle: showing the OD shape of the rotor and runout
- Values and positions of Max/Min summarized in result table
- Direct screenshot of the results and plots to save in camera library
- Data smoothing using moving average
- Record the measurements to view in offline mode
- Various test data exporting options (email, wireless print, AirDrop, saving to flash drive)
- PDF report with test information, machine image, test results, note, tester signature and map
