support does not respond for 2 weeks. the account is not verified. I can’t write to support again because there’s an error when I try to log into my account on the site and it says that there is no such account, although they send me the code to my phone. I'll update the review as soon as something changes.

I'll tell you, I've been trying for a month to deposit euros into my account, but it's not possible in the application and web version gives an error. The second commission is high, but it's not such a problem! Third, I paid with a card and the funds were frozen, but wirex does not object frozen money for more than 10 days! Technical support does not answer! This is my ticket ) 5580949
They just lock your account once you deposit funds to it even though if your account is KYC verified. When you create a support ticket they just ask you to wait till they look into it. I see that there more than 1000 customers who have complained saying they are waiting for their funds to be release for more than 3 months. I have been asking customer care everyday to release my funds but no solution yet. Some customer even have complained that their account is locked more than three times the moment it is unlocked. I am writing this so that everyone should be aware what wirex is upto with customers funds. They jus lock your account for a while so that they have funds at their end. If you really like your funds to be able to transferred and used then do not use wirex. It’s more like a charity if you fund in wirex. Forget about your funds once you deposit in wirex.
I just did my account and when I try to open this said it’s wrong ! I want to delete , it’s a time waisted.
They are slowly dying and losing customers! They removed live support and switched to email support which takes ages to reply! They changed the reward system to close to impossible to benefit from! Refunds no longer show up in your history so you can’t tell if you actually received it or nope! Please wirex no need to reply on my review with : we are sorry that you’re having an issue blah blah contact us blah blah
I am ADDICTED to wirex, i actually cant remember the last time i used my standard bank card or revolute! Ive up graded to the premium service and getting shares every time you purchase is a no brainer. Hope to have 5 million shares in about 5 yrs and hopefully retire early!! Thank yiu team Wire!!!
I’m just starting to use this but I encountered a tiny issue and the customer service was great. I love the user experience.
