Cannot see order cannot see chat. Complicated.
Can’t find my chat window
It shows notifications but i can’t see the Order & I can’t see the chat.. not sure what this app is for.. 2 thumbs down 👎🏼👎🏼

Totally can’t see the customers inquiries, can’t ans the customer in time , bad service and not user friendly
Why Qoo10 order/ live chat/ customer inquiry/ livestream need 4 different apps?
I never ever see an app like Qoo10, each above not have to download an App! Why not all in one App? Complicated
