Okay ish but now can’t access my account?

Regular user and subscriber for a long time. Met some great people and made friends

I used to have this app back in 2018, all communities were free to join and it was a safe space to talk about so many things. Now you have to pay to join the communities like depression???? And even ones like financial security? Absolutely ridiculous. You are evil people

This app doesn’t care about you. I have been permanently suspended twice for something. And I have seen people talk about the same thing. Instead of getting help I have been permanently suspended. Now I can’t talk to my best friend. And I have no one to confide in. But like they even care. I have sent emails and now they’re being ignored. This app hasn’t helped with my well being. It’s made it worse. Plus I got ignored so much on it whilst other people got help. There’s barely any professionals on here too. Disgusting app. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I even stated I have now resorted to drinking because I have basically no support. And they still don’t care. I am absolutely disgusted with this. This was free to use years ago, and now you have to pay. What a joke. Not everyone has the money. Why go from being free to charging people? People shouldn’t have to be charged to be helped with their well-being. You can’t even pay weekly either - only every 3 months or yearly

It’s crazy how years ago I could use this app to get help for free to talk to someone who could understand my pain .. Now you have to pay and it’s actually crazy how they want you to pay to get help just to get profit from peoples suffering It’s not right !

As a user of the app on weekly basis, I have experienced an incredibly strong community that, through their shared human experiences, are able to provide genuine help; often through just lending an ear but there is something profound in hearing it from people just like you and I, rather than a doctor or similar…

I only recently joined I pestered by one of this apps helpers in the early hours of morning not acceptable at it was actually bullying!!!

Can’t believe they think it’s okay to charge ridiculous amounts of money for the basic service that thousands of people grew to depend upon for their mental health. No point using this app unless you’re prepared to pay a £60 subscription!

I’m utterly shocked that you have no free option. I have to get a ‘free trial’ or pay? I completely understand having subscriptions and what not, it is a business. However, I joined not knowing and I couldn’t even post one thing? You promote being there and having what people need, when I’m reality you don’t! Not even a small portion! I needed a small outlet, not only for my own problems with anxiety/depression/ocd but recently loosing a family member and having the constant worry another very family member will kill them selfs while I’m at work. I have a alright support group around me thankfully, but there’s only so much you can go over and talk with, without dragging them down too. I just thought is was disgusting you promote something, and not even have a small free side, even if it was make 10post’s or a limit to posts/groups a week, at least something to test out if you like it. Sorry it just really rubbed me the wrong way, and there is so many ways that they could get around thins but alas I don’t hold my breathe.

I cancelled the free trial a day late without realising and got charged 60 quid. Don’t even use this app. It’s useless.
