Wise@Work

This is a great way to start my day, get re-centered in the middle of the day and the best part is I can choose the amount of time! So many great tips and insights, it’s really helpful and totally enjoyable!

I like the diversity of topics. I’ve only been using since midweek but so far I really enjoy the sessions..

I’ve meditated using a different app for over a year and have been content with it. But Wise@Work I would have to say is 10x better!! I haven’t come across a meditation that isn’t great! Each meditation makes me want to come back for more!

I have been dabbling with meditation for years, with mixed successes. These meditations include a great variety plus they are easily digestible. Very good so far (10 sessions in).

Meditation is a practice and like anything the more you do it the better you’ll be at it. Learning to focus on breath and body has changed my mindset and given me tools to handle adversity and daily distractions.

whenever i’m feeling overwhelmed, i go straight to listening one of the many meditations this app offers and feel quite better afterwords! highly recommend this app:))

When I tried to set a daily reminder, the time selector was invisible, probably a white font on top of the white background. Is this a problem with dark mode?

So far I’m really enjoying this app. I appreciate how the focus is on how mindfulness improves productivity and focus at work. That makes it more approachable for those just dipping their toes in the mindfulness pool. As someone with a regular meditation practice I still find it useful and informative. It supports folks anywhere on their mindfulness journey. I couldn’t find contact info so I’m putting this here. There’s a bug in the reminder settings. The times don’t show up in the selection pane (perhaps white font on white background?) I figured out a workaround because I noticed that the selector wheel still spins by the clicking sound/motion. I had to spin to get close to my desired time and then use the clicks to refine it to the time I wanted. Please fix this bug!

Incredibly beneficial app that is much needed and timely. Developed by an excellent company that is committed to making a difference in the joy people derive from their working lives.

After using the Wise @ Work App, no other meditation and mindfulness app can compare, especially when trying to get a corporate practice started with a team. It does the best job that I've seen integrating the benefits and practical applications of mindfulness into a work environment/schedule. We decided to sign up for the corporate subscription after completing the October Wise @ Work challenge. We noticed the difference in our focus and resilience in this short time. I'm excited to see the benefits with continued use and plan on getting some creative engagement ideas underway ASAP! Shoutout and big thanks to the Wisdom Labs team for all of their help!
