App isn’t very well integrated with the machine; it says that I am connected to my machine even though the machine’s WiFi is off, and when I try to connect to it after it’s WiFi is blinking, it says it’s already connected. So I really am not sure if the numbers are correct or not. Also, if you even the “set up new machine” tab, you can never leave. Had to literally delete the app…

The app never really works, doesn’t connect to the machine and you receive a screen telling you that they are experiencing a high volume of traffic (😂) and you can’t see anything. Really awful. Considering the monthly cost of the service it’s even worse

A bit disappointed with the new so called “UI Enhancements”. The fact that you can no longer see your account or manage your multiple machines if you have more than one machine. This was a feature that was previously available and now seemingly disappeared.

I have been enjoying my Wisewell purifier for a while now, and finding out it has an app where I can track my consumption and filter life made me love it even more. Highly recommended!

Dispenser keeps disconnecting from WiFi. It’s always a struggle and a long process to reconnect, almost never works. Having the amount of water dispensed setting on the app is the worst idea. Should’ve been on the dispenser directly. Makes me want to cancel my subscription.

The Wisewell has a very sleek and elegant aesthetic and functions beautifully. Most of all I no longer use plastic to drink water!!
