Don’t even download ..no customer care and no support
App has a lot of bugs earlier it was easy to go with the app but in between payment got stuck even i made a payment and it was deducted but in the app it took me back to the cart page again and there is no failure no order detail or mail i got…i had to order again and that money was still stuck and unable to got it back…so i thought about some tech glitch and and logged out and deleted the app and then again downloaded and trying to relogin but relogin is nowhere in the app…how can relogin be done on app as whenever i am trying it is taking me on signup page and thẹn showing no is already there…goshh really fedup now

The restaurant should be sorted accordingly to the location Rather you making full order and at the later stage “the restaurant does not deliver to your location “ Leaving you hungry and frustrated!
Can’t make online payment.. Everytime it’s getting declined after receiving an OTP. Checked with bank and there is no issue and there is no Qpay option in Wishbox as others are offering.
Whoever is reading this please note the app is in its primitive state, there is no response or contact like other applications.. when you want delivery on time it is better to avoid this app. They don’t even have any chat options available and will not update you with the details of your delivery.
Short delivered and there is no proper communication with restaurants and delivery person. Even for refund they need manager permission better they shut down when manager is out of office.
Dear Team, I selected online payment and entered debit card details and authenticated it but it’s getting failed multiple times. Please fix it. Thank you Chetan Kumar
Application need an upgrade Instead of filling a complaint form, there has to be online chat available which can resolve the issue right away.
