Good little VPN, VPN easy to use!

App does not work. It just endlessly says “Connecting” but never links up. To make matters worse, it disabled my ability to turn off VPN in my settings and I no longer can get any internet on my iPad Pro! Piece of garbage that destroyed a $3000 device

I’ve had this service now for 4 or 5 years. If you need to travel for business, or you do a lot of personal travel, this is a great vpn. The flexibility in choosing between IPSec, open, or cloaked vpn concomitant the choices in location, or ability to use unique settings developed on behalf of the customer to reduce the guesswork in accessing Netflix or Hulu has been very helpful. It also addresses the standard requirement to mitigate risks when connecting to public WiFi and other hotspots. The only recommendation I would make to the company at this point is allowing customers the option to change the security settings regardless of platform; desktop, mobile phone or tablet. It should be as easily accessible as the function in changing the location. You have a smart location button, just add a “Privacy Security Level,” drop down or something similar. I seldom recommend products and services to friends or family, but this vpn service is one that have.
