The pairing process is horrible and does not lead to a connection. Instructions are pretty impossible to follow when you don't know if "device" means your phone or cooker and from two slow flashing modes can't say which one is "rapid". 🤯 I'm pretty patient with these but had to give up.

After a year, many updates. Zero connectivity. These guys don’t know what they are doing. Update: App has never worked. After latest iOS update it is evem more broken. App claims my phone is not connected to wifi, iPah is able tosearch but has never found anything. I recommend avoiding this... Zero stars is what it should get.

Bought this device for Xmas but instructions for connectivity are unbelievably miserable. Still no connectivity after various attempts - this app is absolutely useless.

Jeg har netop fået en sousvide stav i julegave. Den vil på ingen måde kobles op på appen - selvom alt er prøvet. Til stor forundring ser jeg ligeledes, at appen ikke længere opdateres? Vil det sige at wifi-funktionen er ubrugelig? For så vil jeg da gerne returnere mit produkt.

Dog selve produktet er rigtig god og laver de perfekte sous vide steaks, men appen er forældet og kan ikke forbinde enheder til wifi. Jeg har prøvet forgævet for at forbinde sous vide staven til wifi ved at følge intruktionerne nøje men uden resultat.

Umulig at forbinde til wifi!

Man kan ikke forbinde til wifi - og det er selvom at jeg har slået 5 G fra og kun forsøger på 2,4 G.. Har forsøgt flere gange - spild af tid

Når til opsætningen at den finder produktet og forbinder op, efter installationen er den dog ikke at finde under mine enheder. Selve enheden står til at have wifi forbindelse

Appen kan ikke finde enheden

Witt needs to fix this ASAP! They basically sold a fake product as the app does not connect to the unit. Don’t pay extra for the Wifi version, or exchange it for the non-Wifi one. I’ve turned off 5GHz from my router and downloaded the app several times. Still nothing. What a waste!
