I ended up doing the settings but didn't get what I hoped for before make purchase. "... by Wix" will confuse my users even with a Premium Plan, it is not clear whether this app will be with my logo and name, or will it be Spaces by Wix? That is became unclear whether this app for the AppStore and GooglePlay as a messenger or an account with feedback. Best wishes are available. Feel free for feedback.

I trying to find their email for several days to ask, I became fury and exhausted. I am Ukrainian and they automatically move me to russian version of constructor, for me russian is disgusting and this russian constructor has a lot of problems with speed, I am always waiting and reload the page

Please make an option to publish website. Often you have to re-publish after the changes are made with no access to the desktop Wix version.

I can't publish the site I'm on my phone how can I delete it without publishing

Просьба добавить украинский язык в разделе «ОТели» так как в нашей стране вышел закон что каждый бизнес должен на сайте иметь украинский язык. А его отсутсвие влечет наказание. Поэтому в украине на данный момент не удобно пользоватся этим сервисом.

Мнение о конструкторе кардинально поменялось после беспричинной блокировки и абсолютно вялой работе поддержки. Не рекомендую связываться

I started using Wix later in 2022 just to build my companies website page. I had used a lot of other marketing companies to build my website and CEO. Which has a lot of integrations that have literally saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars in SCO and marketing expenses. The new platform is easy to use and I’ve built one in the course of six months and see a lot more traffic on my listing as well as my website. If you were paying an absurd amount for these services but you have computer skills of a ninth grader you should be able to use Wix to build your own website

I purchased my domain and started to create my website but the app doesn’t work. Everytime I want to go into the website to edit it it just loads then send an error message. I can’t edit the website at all and it’s extremely frustrating. I hired help through the app and they scammed me, I paid them $480 because they were a company through Wix and they ghosted me after I paid for a professional to build my website. Horrible experience I do not recommend this app to anyone and especially do not hire any professional to build your site through them!

The app lacks a lot of the functionality of the desktop site and none of the marketing tools work for me, I’m unable to create videos or social media posts from the app that actually connect to social media, it doesn’t perform a lot of the functionality that it says it’s going to perform, the price goes up consistently several times a year and they close my payment account with no explanation for why they were keeping it closed. I actually can’t wait to cancel my subscription with this crappy service.

WIX has the absolute worst customer service and does not protect its customers. After 3 years I will be switching away from WIX to a different website host.
