The apps GPS positioning is terrible, does not work well with assistive screen readers like VoiceOver, crashes, and has delayed notifications. Needs a big overhaul.

A great service idea but the app could do with being updated. It told me they were busy and no bus available but I retried immediately and booked a seat for pick up in 10 minutes the driver told me he was not very busy at all. The service needs advertising more as i know many would be users have never heard of it

Why when creating an account why do you want my credit card details before creating an account. If I want to buy anything I’d use Apple Pay no need for you to store anything. Deleted the app at this point. Would give zero stars if I could.

Received an email about this service, and thought great! Until I downloaded it and realised I can’t use it as it’s only available in Coventry 🙄

booked the trip to campus in advance… but delayed 10-15min

Don’t get me wrong it’s a great idea. But the execution of it is shocking; sometimes the buses show up anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour late which is really unacceptable in my opinion.

You can’t use this app unless your in Coventry it’s pretty much useless

The app is great and when you can get a bus it works brilliantly. The issue is that often, particularly at times when you’re likely to want to use it, ie peak times, there are no buses available. You can’t rely on it to get to work sadly, otherwise I would use it regularly.

I tried to set my “home” up and apparently it’s “out of zone” when it’s clearly part of the west midlands and when I tried to work around the problem and just set the destination and hope it shows me the way from there, it refused to show me any available bus routes because my area is apparently “out of zone”. What exactly is considered “the zone”.

Upon first appearance the app seems wonderful, however it only operates throughout Coventry.
