Screen showing names for assignment is now black and not showing any names. This may be a conflict with the latest IOS update?

It won’t let me log in had to reinstall app and worked but now that does not help either Please fix this bug

Hi, I use this daily, I believe if we have something marked out for delivery, customers should not have the ability to place on hold. We have the bag out with us. Some delivery drivers don’t live close to where you have to take it back too, or the office is locked and cannot bring it back. Also when the customer sends us a message, we should have the ability to respond through messages.

This app could use a couple enhancements. First the ability to text customers from the app would be helpful. Secondly when marking a delivery as attempted there should be a prompt to take a photo showing why the delivery can’t be completed.

App always seems to close when I’m trying to submit and I’ve already left the house. Would be nice if we could upload a picture.

This app needs a 21st century technological checkup. In comparison of apps from similar industries, this one remains in the stone ages. It would be wonderful just to have the option to text and call. In my experience, customers respond to a text message, but often let a call go to voicemail.

Hi, the app has been slow, crashing, unable to log in. Can we get the developer to fix this issue? Before this, it was working excellent. And there are 20 of my team telling me the same thing. So we would really appreciate if you get this fix asap. I will leave 5 stars because it’s excellent when it’s working.

When it works, it works but needs updating. Unlike many other apps that update regularly this one doesn’t do that. Runs slow and crashes at the worst moment when you are at the door delivering. Also would be great to have a text pax option.

I use this app on mkay iPhone and android. The android version works seamlessly. The iOS consistently freezes and when taking photo it crashes a lot.
