Me ha sorprendido gratamente esta app. Es sencilla: eliges el tipo de entreno que quieres hacer (endurance, hero, etc..) y aleatoriamente la app te ofrece un WOD. Mi duda es que no se para qué sirve la opción de pago

- Benchmark
- AMRAP
- Power
- Endurance
Once you have found the WOD you like, click on workout start the attached timer (amrap, stopwatch, countdown etc) and once complete, log it and come back next time to beat it!
