Top Training App
I recommend WODMADE to every intermediate-advanced-elite athlete, who wants to push his limits, become stronger and learn new skills. I tried other programming apps before, but none suited me 100 %. Wodmade does. Wodmade programming is challenging, but still managable. You are not completely out of energy after few weeks but you still see progress and feel great. I love the fact that the app recognizes your athlete level from your PRs and WOD times and automatically adjusts your trainings to your level. During training with Wodmade my weightlifting PRs grew by 10 kg, my conditioning became much better and I learned RMU, obstacle handstand walk and so on.
