Woebot feels like a gentle and encouraging therapist. It has really helped challenge my own thoughts and distortions. Would recommend!

It’s nice to be reminded to take care of yourself. The simple habit apps don’t really do it for me, but these short discussions with Woebot keep me engaged.

Nice addition to more formal CBT
I did not expect anything and was very nicely surprised. This app is fun, useful and encourages self reflection. There is always something one can do to feel or to know one self better. Try it!
This is really helpful when going through tough situations and needing help to process stuff. Really recommend!
