The Womanhood Wellness App allows you to track your food, water, exercise, sleep, meditation, elimination, weight and waist circumference, and other various body and health metrics. It allows you the opportunity to join one of Womanhood Wellness’s food programs, created by Dr. Leah Gordon, ND. These include daily meal plans, recipes, weekly shopping lists, supplement recommendations, and wellness reminders.
We know that being held accountable, having a specific guide when it comes to eating, and being able to track metrics are all major keys to success when it comes to reaching your health goals and optimal self. This app helps you get there.
Our app is integrated with Apple Health so you can automatically sync your health and wellness data to Womanhood Wellness.
