I have been subscriber for a few years & buying back issues so I had all issues going back to 2012. But since the latest I pad iOS update most of the issues I have bought. I cannot get magazines to download. I restored purchases but still cannot download issues.
If you want to be able to access copies of magazines in a few years time don’t waste your money on this. Currently the earliest editions available are January 2021. Anything earlier is not available. Support is useless - they don’t seem to be looking at the same app and just keep saying download, sign in and they’ll be there.
I used to get this magazine many years ago but when I moved to the states I couldn’t find it. Just recently I was talking to my sister and she told me she still gets it every week in Italy. So I looked on line and found it. I had forgotten how good it is. Thank you.
Update has cleared all magazines from library. Have to sign in each time. Asking me to pay for copies & already do on DD! Doubt if I will renew
The Ap is not the best that I have come across. I have paid for the magazines and just want to read them not to keep getting accosted by an ap.
Have been a digital subscriber for nearly a year with no problem until now. It seems to be having problems with latest iPad iOS update - at least that is all I can think of. Cannot get mag to download says I don' t have a valid subscription even tho they have taken money from my Bank account Like your other reviewer would like to be able to either complete crossword on line (can do this with my newspaper digital) or at least be able to print crossword Will NOT BE RENEWING
I really like getting my magazine via my IPad, but can't seem to print the puzzles off to do them and they are not interactive. Can this be fixed in some way? Otherwise, brilliant.
New subscription but can seem to download it have followed all instructions
Not happy that this has happened and there seems to be no response to my request for help. It is not the first time I have had problems downloading an issue either.
I like this digital version, I still get a paper one but this is better for carrying in my handbag to read on the bus.
