I’m having trouble logging in to my Womata account and I already made some deposit

It a very great app to shop. But the shipping fees is too much Please work on that. I love this app so I give it a 5 star

the cost of shipping you people use is so expensive, I was asked to pay 12000 naira plus at sky cargo which is almost equivalent to how much I bought the lashes, and lashes are light weight I just wasted money!!! if I bought this on aliexpress delivery would have been free!! First time and last time I would be using this app I just thought to try you guys out and it was a waste of money and time. I’m not happy at all.

Womata is very easy to operate unlike other shopping platform. It’s reliable and safe. Keep up the good work

After the upgrade it’s really difficult to use can’t reorder goods again Please take it back

I ordered goods, each seller sent half of what I ordered. Now you refund money of goods only to the wallet and forgot I was charged higher for local freight and service fee and won’t the normal refund. Do I bear a charge that’s not my fault?

Am not giving you any rate at all,it been 10days now I order and the agent that you gave me ,always refunding my order and he/she told me to order,have been sick because I order goods ,which he told me that’s it’s 3days or 5days,now I check my global warehouse am seeing some goods that what to refund in global warehouse why and he/she don’t reply me since yesterday,maybe you reset ur app to that people can take refund of their money,because I can’t continue like this,or how to change agent .

My money need to be refunded unless this app seems a scam to me forever
