The app has always worked well but you could tell it was missing some powerful analytics with all the info people were gathering (best spots, wind direction, kite quivers, etc), now it’s there! Really good insights on the best times to visit certain spots, awesome job!
Impossible to reset email
Ok multiple occasions when I try to upload, I get a Request Too large error 413 and puts me back to upload. The error is not useful. Sometimes, the app hangs while downloading and then I lose my data altogether.
Not intuitive. Not very accurate. The best out there that I know
The data from Apple Watch does not sync with the app. This makes woo pro useless. Who goeskiting with their phone? No one. You built a watch app but don’t transfer the data to woo app on the phone? Very amateurish.
This is the best device for learning to jump bigger and bonus you can check your heights against all your friends! Thanks Woo.
I can no longer stop a free ride GPS session on my watch. I have tried reinstalling multiple times.
I’m not seeing any of the options to select snow or wake games. Does the new 3.0 version no longer support these things. Also, when I switch the game on the app, it does not change the LED on the sensor. What should I expect in the 3.0 version of the product. It feels like something is broken.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I recommend the WOO to anyone and gifted to friends to spice our sessions. As soon as the membership system came out for the freeride sessions I joined immediately. Now and there there were bugs but overall it was my kite log diary. Now it’s unusable: on the apple watch once you start recording a freeride session the stop will not work. So it never ends recording unless you kill the application and loose the session. For the last 2 months I’ve not been able to upload any type of session. It says it cannot find the server. I started using other applications, more reliable and less expensive. It’s a pity. And all this because THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE: - no way I can open a ticket and monitor the follow up - no way I ever got a reply to any of my emails. Again, it’s a pity because the community part is awesome but... as a kiter and a member of the community I can’t participate any more as I can’t upload sessions, and don’t know anymore where to address my problems. It’s a shame.
