the translator device

I bought the translator device thinking it allows us to use it without internet~~ but nope! if you want the offline service, they will ask you to subscribe ro their monthly or yearly plan which will cost you $$ to gave it permanently, it's 300$+ i just returned the device, however if you are fine with internet connection, its similar to google translate, not too bad not too good either

This doesn’t work at all. In fact, the application on my iphone doesn’t allow me to create an account. So nothing works.

Can’t register...can’t use device

Frustrating beyond belief. I’ve tried to register by email, phone and Facebook. No luck. The device can’t be used unless you can login to the App. You can’t login if the App isn’t registered.
