Surprisingly good app
Actually I’m surprised that this app doesn’t have hundreds of good reviews. I bought it as an experiment, while looking for something that will help me to keep my eye on my stores and I am happy I took this “risk” (for its price I call it “risk” humorously). So, the app itself is easy to manage, fast, lightweight and has all necessities and functionalities any e-com store owners can need. More even. You get order alert notifications. You can see and manage all your orders. You can see and manage your storages. You can see all info about your store as a website, with all plugins listed. You have extensive stats, and you can scrutinize them thoroughly in a day’s , week’s , month’s or year’s period. You can even switch on logs and go through them if you need detailed info about your system’s work. And the app doesn’t slow your site down as everything goes by API. I just love this app. There are also some downhills, of course, but in comparison they seem to be minor: non existent troubleshooting, very scarce FAQ and completely not responsive customer service. I can only hope this app will maintain to receive support from developer’s side, because I would cry my eyes out if I lost it. Oh, and just one more thing: while creating a REST API to connect WooCat with your store, make sure you gave it read/write permissions or the connection will not be established. I had to get to to this knowledge by trying and failing many times, so you don’t have to :)
