I spent a lot of money on this app and when I try to get support there is no where to get a hold of anyone. This app has took all of the tickets that I purchased and the master pass I regret ever using this app. Spend money here if u want to and be a fool. Just know if u have a problem there is no way to get a hold of anyone.
Take my mind off negative thoughts.
This game tops any other I’ve played, by interrupting and between levels ads…you even watch an ad while launching the game! Game play is great, but deleting for obvious reason!
I see other people with this problem back in October but game developers haven’t fixed. I can’t move on in the challenge, it says get to level 200 to move to next challenge, I am way past that and haven’t move on. Obviously developers don’t care.
I have downloaded and tried maybe eight “unscrew” games, and deleted them. They are all quite similar, but this one has the one detail I was looking for – there is no loud blaring attack, telling me I FAILED if I take time to think. I’m only on level 15, so I’ll come back if I discover that this was a mistake. —- Well, that didn’t take long. A few levels later, it became impossible. I admit, there is no loud blaring attack, but even though I had “bought” an extra screw to complete one game, about two seconds later the game crashed because I was out of time. I don’t understand why the developer thinks this makes a game attractive.. I play to relax and have fun, not to continually be told. I have failed. This one is about to be deleted as well.
Easy to restart if needed. Fun. Good for seniors. I’m 60….
Been playing a week or so and I’m on level 90 something and there’s no challenge to it, the levels are the same as when I first started, yes there is tons of ads way to many but the ads are more fun to play then the game, so I don’t mind (well I do but…..) you say why don’t I download the games from the ads then, RIGHT?? Well the games are really not what they advertise, when downloaded it’s nothing like the ads,,,, so sad we have to put up with all this just to find a little few minutes a day to relax. Oh and by the way, the pic the show on this game I haven’t seen any of that, I WOULD LOVE TO PLAY THOSE LEVELS/ puzzles what ever they are called, but nope nothing like that.
I really like this game because it challenges me to problem solve but at Level 171 I am infuriated at how I have to watch multiple ads with every level. This game is designed to require you to spend time watching ads or to spend money. I refuse to spend money on a game. Yet beyond a certain level you cannot solve the puzzle without use of the locked holes or a tool (hammer, undo, screwdriver). There are three puzzles per level. The fastest way to solve a more complicated puzzle at this point involves unlocking all holes or using tools - both at the price of a “ticket” or watch an ad (some are up to almost 2 minutes!). If you want tickets? You have to buy them. It takes a lot to win just one. The cheapest option is $3 for 10. By the time you’re at the level I am? You’ll spend 3 tickets or more per level. You don’t have to be a mathematical savant to see how quickly that adds up. It is literally impossible to avoid the need for tickets after you get past the most basic puzzles. I’m solving one right now with 30+ bolts to move and only 3 unlocked holes. I’m writing this review as yet another ad plays because it’s 90 seconds long. Be prepared to see the “Royal Match”, “Match Factory”, and “Township”ads many, many, many, many, many times. How do I know the names? Because I’ve seen the ads so many times. So. Many. Many. Many. Times. And don’t be surprised when some ads are close to 2 minutes long. They tend to stack two in a way you can’t close them out and get back to the puzzle. You just have to wait. Also be prepared to run out of time with the “hard level” unless you pay to buy tickets to unlock tools and/or holes. In other words, you can run out of time more often than you think. Golly gee whatever can I do to not forfeit? Well, watch an ad so you can get another 60 seconds of solving time, of course!!! So bring a hefty wallet or bring even more patience. Also the purpose of the coins? You can’t use them to unlock anything, you can’t use them to “buy” the tickets you need to unlock anything, you just amass them to buy yourself … access to a different kind of puzzle? It would be SO MUCH BETTER of a game to be able to use coins to unlock holes or to use tools.
I can’t play coz my screen is black. Can’t see the game. I paid for this. Refund me!!!!
