Don’t waste time and money , substandard quality , not bothered to respond to calls and mails
Fraud Company
Order cancelled saying product lost in transit and not refunding the money. Fraud and cheat company. Don’t bother ordering and wasting you money and time.
Scammers
Such a pathetic app. Had seen soo many advertisment about wooden street, had thought good about it. But once placed an order for 2 articles,with advance payment, it's been 20 days, no contact from their side for the delivery of products, nor they have cancellation option, i dont know how they r surviving in the market with such anti customer policies. Uninstalling the app for forever.
Register / login issue
When try to login I see message ‘ mobile number not registered’ ….While registering I see a message ‘email already registered’ but no option to login with email ….not sure if am missing anything
Fraud and fake
Beware guys. These guys will take the order and immediately assign it to production. Which will not change for indefinite time. When you call customer care for help they just say product failed the quality check and that’s why it is getting delayed. This will continue forever. On asking for cancellation they will deny the cancelling the order or even taking any corrective measures. So don’t waste your time, effort and money downloading or shopping on wooden street

I have ordered on 13 August and still not received some of the missing part of the product.
PATHETIC RIDICULOUS SERVICE
This is just utter pathetic service by woodenstreet. Order has been delivered since 5 days but no one has come to instal it. There is no common whatsoever from the team. Those people who were messaging me continually throughout the purchase are now not responding at all. What is this service? Why are you selling the product if you can’t provide service .
Disappointed
When they had started new we had ordered and had a good experience 5 years later they are bigger and have big time screwed up on service. You pay advance and then keep following up for delivery and installation and replacement. For everything they don’t have a solution on the spot. Hopeless and disappointing. Stay away from
Disappointing After-Sales Service
Woodenstree is such a terrible company after sales. They have zero technical support, no updates, and their delivery timelines are excessively long.
