I’m new to this app . I called to see how to pick-up the groceries I ordered this morning. The girl that I talked to was very helpful. I also ,had to ask about a product that wasn’t explained on the app . She went out of her way to find out about it, to help me.

I have been shopping at this grocery store since 1980’s. The store managers and employees have always been very courteous and helpful and the store is kept nice and clean. You couldn’t ask for better service!

The finding of products could be made a lot simpler. Like garlic. Wanted fresh could not find. A case of Sprite could not find. This could be a great ap if you could simplify the description. Ice cubed frozen 10# bag no luck. So some items are not even listed??? I had to come up with creative descriptions for some things. Imagine a 82 year old trying to use this ap. Not age appropriate

Just arrived in from Florida drove straight through, only a couple hours of sleep since we arrived ... Shelly is our dear friend and neighbor and is shopping for us plus bringing it home !!! Thank you Thank you Shelly we give you 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I took the time to enter a shopping list for pickup. When I got to checkout the earliest pickup time was three days later. Not feasible for groceries. I deleted the app and will just ship the traditional way.

I want to love this app, and I use it weekly, but two major features missing: the ability to move around the items on the list (to make shopping more efficient, I’d use the tool to arrange my list in order of the store). Even if the app arranged my list by aisle (since it already provided item location), that would be beneficial. Second would be a “delete checked items” feature, so when I have a long grocery list, I don’t have to keep scrolling over items I’ve already checked off.

This service is wonderful but the app needs work. I usually get kicked out 4-5 times when generating my cart. The good news is it does seem to keep my cart in tact but it is annoying and makes me question if it’s truly working. I’ve also gotten notifications the my order was received and ready for pickup days after I’d already picked it up. The whole thing just seems a little unstable. I’m hopeful that updates are in the works.
