I love this game but having spent money on buying coins I want the coins. Money debited from my card but alas no coins. Player beware!

Luv this game I am 75 yrs old pretty unhappy when you changed the rules it was not giving me any money so I canceled the game reloaded it am receiving my bonus’s now I could not find any help so I hope this information helps somebody if they have the same problem thanks for a great game.
