App has not been updated in 3 years and doesn’t accept Apple Pay.

Can't even signup. Asks you to put in 4 digit pin, and the confirm pin page says incorrect pin no matter what you do.

I’m trying to create an account it lets your enter the email , then ask to create a pin but when you have to re enter the pin to confirm it automatically rejects it stating it’s incorrect. How ?????? Also I just got new phone so I guess this number was used before so that’s a no go uuuugh and when it’s says it doesn’t keep the data after deletions LIES !!!!!!

This app glitches so frequently that it’s impossible to use. It will kick you out of your profile between sessions or won’t allow you to create a new session without giving an error code. This app is suppose to be a easier and a more convenient alternative to using the meters on the street but it’s glitches make it difficult to use. Their support chat box is not helpful as all they suggest is uninstalling and reinstalling the app - which I have done many times. Also it’s a scam that you can only pay 2 hours at a time.

Not able to set up pin

It’s a nice and easy to set up app, easy to use on the go, but they need to put a map with the zone numbers, and also some numbers don’t match the locations

Keeps telling me error or network issue. Won’t let me pay for parking.

Very frustrating, but it just won’t let me get past the “create pin” page. Every attempt to confirm the chosen 4 digit pin is followed by a “wrong pin” warning. I wanted to use this app while parking in Hartford, but never even could get past the account pin creation page!

Good app, I just wish they have a map feature to see where all the parking meter is if you can’t remember what zone you was park in.. just a opinion

can’t even get past login/signup because it says i didn’t enter my pin correctly and i just keep entering it over and over again. its where im supposed to create one then renter it. total glitch. how annoying rn. i walked away from my car to pay with this and now i deal with a glitch. thanks guys. iphone 11 on ios14. it goes. email page. confirm email login code. then create a pin. then renter pin. then. nothing because it doesn’t understand that yes my pin is in fact correct and i’ve tried five times now maybe actually like ten to twenty times.js.
