I can’t connect i trying everything things and every way but nothing don’t buy this camara it’s fake

They are useless I wouldn’t recommend to any one no matter how many time you try it won’t connect to you wi fi they are a complete waste of money

Can you please add Dark mode to the app?

I am absolutely and totally upset that it is proving extremely difficult to set up the other 3 Surveillance cameras. The issues seem to be extremely hard to resolve. Surely if you have one already then why o why can’t the others use the same secure settings please help.

Does not work when viewing cameras in full screen landscape mode. Issue reported via app months ago and nothing done to fix it. Tested on iPhone 12 Pro Max.

We are using several Woox products and find them excellent in operation and reasonably priced.

This camera is decent. Good clarity of picture etc. Only issue is that it will automatically switch to night mode and you can’t switch back. When it’s in night mode the camera can’t see through glass, ie your window, it just looks like a white glare instead. Would be good to have the option of switching night mode off or to “manual or automatic”.

Love Woox, all my smart plugs are Woox ones. Unfortunately, recently the countdown timers haven’t worked, leaving my plugs on for extended periods of time. I hope Woox can come up with an update to rectify this, as it’s the only problem I’ve had with the plugs.

Bought a couple of these Woox cameras as I managed to get them at a reduced price. I am really impressed by them. The video quality is excellent. The push notifications are also excellent and quick. I’ve had a few occasions where movement hasn’t been recorded but this is rare. Not cloud subscription required. Internal sd storage plus back easily and can be set to record continuously or on motion detection. Very happy.
