WOPET

I can only connect and check up on my cats if I’m on a certain type of wifi. Doesn’t work when I’m outside using cellular data, which defeats the purpose. We have 2 auto feeders set at the same time but for some reason 1 always goes off a minute later.

I have been trying to connect to the Wi-Fi for the last 30 minutes with no success

I wish I could have more than 6 feedings per day, but that’s my main complaint. Otherwise, it’s worked quite well and I’m quite satisfied. I love checking the camera to see what my cat is up to and talking to him/listening in. I wish I could see his food dish, though I do love seeing so much of my house.

I can’t get my F10v+ to connect to the app. If I use the other app the orange Wopet it connects but that app is totally useless. No way to put in the exact time I want to sync with my other feeders have to feed on the half hour. Can’t get it to dispense food from the app. I have a simple Wopet for my other cats. No bells or whistles. Would love to buy one like it but they don’t seem to be available. I don’t care about the camera I just want a reliable feeder for my new cat. This one won’t even dispense the food when I do connect it. Also can find no way to contact the company to ask for help. I will be returning this Wopet. I’m sure when it works it’s brilliant but mine is a a dud!!!

Je l’aime! Fonctionne très bien pour la nourriture de chat ! Je peux voir avec la caméra et il y a un micro, mai perso je ne l’utilise pas. Je suis satisfaite de mon cadeau !! Facile a connecter et installer.

I moved and now the device is offline. I have been trying to connect to my new wifi network for over an hour with no luck. So I deleted the app, and went to reinstall, and it says “Unable to Install Wopet Please try again later”. Please fix the app download issue, and please make it easier to connect the device to a new wifi network.

Network error, no matter what I do I get a network error. I tried restarting my device, reinstalling the app, switching to data, trying a different wifi network. Nothing works

This app works perfectly fine, every function serves it’s purpous. Please ignore all the children crying about timezones and updates, they need to find something better to do with their lives thank you

This app should include a setting to change your time zone. My time zone has not changed since going back one hour and now my feeding schedule is inaccurate. If this don’t get corrected soon I will return it!

So the feeder works well, really like the camera (although would be better if the field of view included the dish so you could verify food eaten/dispensed) , but the software could use some work. Crashes every other time I open it. Then sends a crash report, using my email to the developers, but sends it in two parts, one getting stuck in my drafts.
