I had an issue and Ms Jenny at Wopet was immediately on it! Prompt, courteous, solution based service! Me Jenny is the one who addressed my issue at Wopet, she looked for, found, and provided solution to my issue! Wow! What a customer service dept! She did not delay, or look for a way out! She got it handled! Wopet has an amazing product here and we love its functionality, ease of operation and it does what it was designed to do! If you need a pet feeder, waterer, any type of products they provide you will not regret doing business with the Best in my conclusion! Ms Jenny could be an instructor to others on how to really take care of a companies customer base! Don’t we all want to buy with confidence? Well Ms Jenny at Wopet just proved you can! Wow! Wow! Wow! Thank You Ms Jenny and Wopet!!!

Owned this for 3 months and it's disconnected itself and failed to dispense food on SEVERAL (more than 3) occasions. Unbelievable.

Not designed for family use. Anyone individual that uses the app will kick off the other user, they'll need to log back in. Pop-up keyboard issue in iPhone, there's a tiny acknowledgment login button all the way at the bottom of the screen that you can't see with the key keyboard the blocks

This app constantly logs you out and deletes your devices. The app is 10 better I should just purchased one that kept using that app. 1/10

Took less than five minutes to set up the app for my cats feeder. Super easy, love the app.

Excellent app and feeder works great with it. Super easy to set up and camera works great as well. Have had a lot of feeders and this one is the best so far.

The apps ok. Works well. I do wish the section that asked about your pets breed was better. I have a sphynx and it’s not listed. Yet other breeds are extremely specific. For the most part tho the app works well with their devices.

I bought the WOPet FW70Plus for my pet. The first thing that I noticed was that this app wants access to a lot of personal data. For instance, what is your gender? No pet feeder needs that information. Next, why does the app need a Bluetooth connection to my phone when I have given it access to my Wi-Fi? The written instructions provided do not say that the machine needs access to both. However, It will not connect without knowing your location, having access to your local network, and without access to your Bluetooth on your phone. This is not acceptable. Also, if you read through the Privacy information provided, all of your data is stored in China. I will be deleting this app and returning the feeder because the feeder won’t work without the app, and the app is not working as it should - without access to my Bluetooth and my Wi-Fi. I am very disappointed.
