Good App, but it needs to include an alternative option to utilize a debit card for a top-up and login with iPhone face recognition. Note; I have been asking for this for the last two years.

Just updated the app after using the older version. Old version was working fine, but i could not ignore another update. The new app might look nice, but it useless. It is not working. Does not sign in Does not send a code Does not proceed to payment Randomly pops a “something went wrong..etc” msg They just ruined it and am surprised no one is complaining How am i supposed to add credit to my account? Go to WOQOD? Hah

Great app, i know it might be a challenge for you developers and finance team but it will be very helpful for us to pay for fahes and refill eWoqod wallet with credit for fuel ⛽️ using apple pay 📲

I forgot my password and naturally my username as well, I tried to recover my password but the app won’t let me recover it unless I enter my correct username, not my email, not my ID, not my registered phone number but my username!!! This is the only platform or app in the world that’s using this recovery method. What’s worth is that the number they provide for support doesn’t work no one answers the phone and no one replies to the emails. And one more thing, the app won’t let me create new account as my ID already exists. I just don’t know how to resolve this issue. What a piece of utter disappointment and unreliability.
