Cab drivers
Cab drivers are always a pleasure most are kind and make conversation and just overall make you feel comfortable unlike uber which isnt bad just different and lyft is just horrendous i sweat the ones that get fired from every other place go to lyft lol but anyways always enjoy my yellow cab drivers except for one incident ive never had any problems even lost my money one time and the guy used his own money for me i saw him again days later luckily and paid him back with interest!
App no longer works
App gives error message saying destination is outside of service area.
Great app
I love this app! I’ve been using it for almost 2 years now and it has saved me on more than one occasion. I don’t drive to a bad phobia; this service helps me get to where I need to be without issue.
Needs an update
It does not let me order a cab says I need to fix my payment preference and when I try it won’t allow me to the app will say searching and there is driver outside when I close the app it will cancel my order
Good competition potential
This is a good app. I like that I can price and order cabs through the app and see what cab and where it is at and when it is coming. It would be nice if the driver also was in the app on a mobile device and was set up with shortest route navigation similar to uber and lyft and if both driver and customer could rate each other on the app. Being yellow takes cash and card, having a rider and driver app that works like Uber’s would give a very competitive edge to the company.
Good app
Been using this app about a month and it's pretty good. The cabs always come really quickly. However, if you decide not to take the cab, the 'cancel' option doesn't seem to work and the request still goes through. Still a great and fast way to access WYC.

I love this application. It's so accurate. You can actually see how far your cab is from picking you up.
Still have hope for this app...
Unfortunately, the app crashes as soon as you "try" and log in. The app is good in theory, but if you cannot log into it, it's useless. Still have high hopes for it...fingers crossed...
Crashes can't get no where
The app crashes as soon as you sign in, I'm a everyday customer for yellow can hopefully this gets fixed.
