I recommended this game to my family members and grandchildren because I enjoyed it so much.. but recently inappropriate adds started popping up that are not suitable for this kind of game. After the second add about men’s viagra nasal spray I deleted the game. Very disappointed.
I bought coins, nothing synced and now I’m unable to get my money back. Why have “contact us” if they don’t help you. Not impressedYou never answered my question? I’m getting a response that is not personal to my question. What do I do about the money that I did not receive in coins???Can I have a person contact me other than a robot?

Do not purchase the Premium Pass. It is a rip off. Often you will not be able to collect your rewards and customer support in the app will do nothing to help you. They will lie and obfuscate re: your complaint. Even the free rewards with some challenges have not worked for months and they will do nothing about that either. It is a shame because it is a fun game. Too bad it is so glitchy and they never do anything to fix it or make amends.
All the ad-free games appear to be supported by ads run on this game, with most running at least 30s and requiring up to seven clicks to close. Ridiculous.
Cheat ! I paid for NO ADS. You guys still inundate me with friggin’ ads . Why? Stop those damn ads right now and stop being greedy idiots. What part of that do you possibly not u?nderstand ??!??
Frustrating!
Great game, which I've been playing for years, but the number and length of ads are becoming intolerable. I'm ready to bow out because of that.
I have been having fun for a long while ( approaching 2MM points) but the ads are driving me nuts. Tap the screen five times to get rid of one ad? Have the ad stall the game? Don’t dare answer a text. I have just updated so I can’t wait to see a whole different set of advertisements.
