On level 4762, and finding partially completed puzzles popping up, or completed puzzles too. Points are not consistently awarded for ads for extra points and I’m still seeing ads even though I paid to remove. I wish we had more control over level difficulty. Sometimes they’re challenging, but for the most part too simple. Lastly, mistakes! Spelling errors or just plain incorrect facts. Need better editing and fact checking. Thanks.
A pornagraphic ad, "Adult Coloring Book" keeps appearing. It is very offensive. Will have to uninstall the game if it continues. The images are very "in your face".
The daily puzzle with the above title was a woke joke. Maybe should have called it ‘mediocre entertainers’. Even that is a stretch…🤦🏻♀️.

Too many ads. I loved the game. The ads broke me down…..yes! A paid NO AD would bring me back! Next day….I was just notified about the new no ads! Yay! Now THAT’S good customer service! Thank you! 5 stars are now awarded!
The add for Family Tile is absolutely disgusting. The game promotes domestic violence and child endangerment. How can you allow a an add for such a game to be allowed. There are a lot of other sponsors out there that have better morals. You should be ashamed.
There is a thing happening where I will complete a puzzle and go on to the next one, then close the app for whatever reason but when I go back to the puzzle it goes back to the previous one I’ve already completed and I have to do it again. It’s been doing this for awhile and was just wondering if there was any way to fix it. Other than that I love this app and I’ve been using to for years!
I started playing this game and really liked it, however, it locked up one day and wouldn't load. I had 27,000 points to use if I needed them so I think the game just stopped working so I wouldn't have them if needed. So I'm afraid I lost all those helps.
Some of your ads are way tooooo long 60 sec 90+ sec Becoming a total waste of time
