1. Makes up words that do not exist 2. Uses words so obscure you have no way to get them 3. Resets your play level back 8-10 levels for no reason 4. Ads slow the game to a halt 5 . The “help” or “support” will just give you a few coins to get you to keep using app and not leave a bad review THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS!
This has been happening for over a year. placed number 1 by over 10k points in my tournament on platinum II, the tournament just ended and I got no rewards and got bumped down to gold II. Why didn’t I get my reward and why was I bumped down? I clocked the end of the tournament and made sure to kill the app and reopen and go to home page twice (from your previous advice). It seems this is still buggy. Can you please fix, or advise on how to get my reward? I don’t want to use anything from “super nutty games LLC” or “super lucky games LLC” until you all respond to this. Your app has been broken and buggy for years!

This is my favorite online game to play, and I especially like the daily challenges. I have to agree with another reviewer though, that sometimes the words in the regular puzzles seem to be made up to fit the spaces. Guess that just makes it more challenging. One thing that bugs me is this, what are the earned animal cards (Simon, etc.) good for? I’ve looked all over and can’t find any use for them; they just keep building up. And the nuts as well? There are many thousands of them but what’s the point of having them? We ought to be able to barter nuts for coins, or trade cards for coins, since coins are the only thing of value. Other than that, I enjoy playing it every day. Edit: 2 years later: still looking for an answer to what good are the cards and nuts? They just keep building up and are useless as far as I can tell. ?????

It would be nice to be able to turn off all the interminable animations. Can you add a setting please?
There are too many ads and they are long. There is an ad after each puzzle. Not enough game time.
What a great game! I’ve been playing it for years. In the last few months you have ads that you cannot exit out of. Have to shut my iPhone down to restart game. Not fun at all. Looking for a new word game.
Some puzzles are so simple and right now in a 700 level puzzle, I have 41 words not in the puzzle. Very frustrating since I know many of my missing spots will not even be real words. That’s not learning!
