Word of the day doesn’t work
They charge you and then say check your internet connection and don’t give you a word for the day. My internet works great with all other apps so it’s clearly an issue with this app. And there’s no way to get your money back because there is no customer service # or ema
AI issues
A human needs to review the questions and images. Some were just nonsensical. This might be ok in a free product, but not worth what they’re charging.

If you want to expand your vocabulary and knowledge, this is the app for you!!!
Time waster
First thing they do is ask for money, (tired of that in three days) then you have to tap on it several times to get your word. They feature obscure that most people never use. Bye.
Anyone Home in Support?
Sent a question into support a week ago. Never heard back from anyone. I imagine the developers are locked in a room deciding what pictures to attach to upcoming words.
