Game will not load since latest update

Why change a good thing? If it’s not broken, why fix it? Letters are now widely spaced which makes it harder to visualise the words. Daily puzzle struggles to emerge and when it does the four images are blurred and out of focus. They do eventually right themselves. Please put letters back the way they were.

Finished playing the game to the last level over 3 times, and still go back for more. It’s mad that you remember some of the earlier levels, but still struggle to remember the words.

I’ve played this game for years. As I have progressed, it of course has become more difficult. But, what is annoying me is that, for example, in the picture of a lady catching her daughter who is jumping towards her in a room that looks like a kitchen. There was one word I could not get. Eventually, it turned out to be ‘basket’. There is no way, there was a basket in the picture! I have come across this before, where the answer in the crossword, is not in the picture. Rather disappointing as it’s a good game.

For some reason, I’ve started losing coins every time I open the game. The worst one was that I dropped from over 300 coins to around 120 from one day to the next, and now every day I open the app, I have 5-10 less coins than I did the day before. I love this game, but that ruins it for me; what’s the point of earning coins if I can’t keep them?

On the whole this is a good game, although when I first started playing I’m sure there wasn’t so many ad’s, they pop up after every game on an IOS platform which is just frustrating, if it was every four or five games it would be better but as it is I just now play one game and then close it down.

The easy invisible words get me like grass and curtains. Very annoying that the daily challenge promises fifteen coins but you only get FOUR!!

Good game until you want to link to another device and it keeps coming up with a pop up asking if your sure want to rewrite over your old game, every time you click yes it asks you again, lost count of the number of times I click yes, I also ran out of levels so waiting for new 1, tec support are useless

I do like playing with games but of late it won’t work , it won’t open I have thought about deleting it and then downloading it again , but that way I will lose all my progress and have to start again, please can someone help with this problem??
