Super cool app

I like it very much

Play it every day!

This app is so great for word nerds like me! I find I’m playing way longer than the time I set for myself because it’s so fun. Also, the games offered are varied is difficulty so there is plenty of room to grow and build your vocabulary long term. Great app!

No pronunciation

DianaJTorr on

Does not have pronunciation spelled. That’s definitely a must when english is your second language. It would be very helpful. Please add this feature

Too Easy

byefpluvrwa on

I completed all the words in a couple days then canceled the trial membership. Nearly $40 is outrageous for this app. There are plenty of academic words for free on the internet, including quizzes.

App has stickiness

It works!

Pushy upgrades & unmovable ads

Dragonlover420xxooxx on

United States

I presume you can continue to click out of the upgrades this app wants you to pay for; however, I really don’t know. Each time you open it, you are prompted with upgrading. After my second use, I was given ads that I could not click out of even though they had skip buttons or x’s. The words that they had prepared were still very low level after taking their calibration quiz. Some, that I didn’t miss, were still the same upon day two. Maybe this is a good app if you are studying for your act, but it does not contain niche words for those looking to build a bigger repertoire. The customization is a joke—a one liner at best.

Hello, Bonjour, konnichiwa on

This app is fun only for a short time. Once you finish all 100 words it asks you if you want to get different words but you have to pay. This is a very limiting app for free viewers.

Subscription is a scam

One of the better apps

Greginfla on

United States

But it looks like it only has 1400 words to teach. So let’s say you know 60% of these words …. Not sure the cost is there. The definition to words are very basic for a word app. But I like this app..
