Solve the problem!

Hello! I like your app. I’d like indicate some problematics. a) Is not possible to use the app for learning with listen voice if smartphone is into pocket, because with smartphone locked it don’t run. b) Is not possible add one or more groups of words in a costumize lesson directly, but it must add them one to one. c) Is not possible add some words in a costumize lesson (quite words, really), because in their details miss the button to do it. If you add irregular verbs in a costumize lesson, they disappear their Past Tense translate and Past Participle translate. d) It would be nice to have ready-made lessons containing the most popular words: a lesson with the 250 most popular words; a lesson with the 500 most popular words; a lesson with the 1000 most common words; etc. e) In the “Additional Lessons” category, it would be nice to add a lesson with the words you miss most often, so that you have them all in one place (the same for words learned well and those learned so-so). f) There is no review program to check if you remember the words well learned in the long term (SRS - Spaced Repetition System). The less learned words are not reproposed more than others in the lessons. The subdivision "daily words"; "weekly words"; "words of the year" is not enough to review well. g) The names of countries and capitals of the world are missing. h) It would be nice to add the una tantum purchase. Regard Italian version app: i) Much translate is incorrect or less used then other more diffused translate (the image do not correspond at the translate). Or if to add them in costumize lesson, they change their translate. Often happens with phrasal verbs, but not only. j) There are English words used to indicate different objects, but in Italian they are reported with the same wording. For example, "Marrow" and "Pumpkin" are both translated with the Italian "zucca". Therefore, if the app asks you to translate the word "zucca", you don't know which of the two to write and you have to look at the image to understand it (or guess it using the easy keyboard), since only one of the words as correct. Translations with different specifications should be written, for example “pumpkin” = “zucca gialla”; "marrow" = "zucca (midollo)". The same thing happens with other words: greens / vegetables both translated "verdura"; corn / mais both translated "mais"; switch off/turn off both translated “spegnere”; etc. k) If, when the translation of an Italian word is requeste

Buon dizionario con immagini ricco e con tante funzionalità però purtroppo ancora con una voce robotizzata. Sarebbe fantastico se al posto di questa voce sintetica ci fosse audio registrato naturalmente.

Я обращаю вас ! Что случилось с приложением ! Что когда я читал там и с картинками всегда есть а сегодня нет картинки! Не все ! Что происходит?? Пожалуйста делайте исправить нормально! Мне надоело . Я хочу развиваться с картинками и словами!

Была программа куплена навсегда, сейчас каждые полгода просит сделать годовую оплату со скидкой.

Я люблю хорошее отношение к клиентам. Здесь такого нет , поэтому я четко понимаю, что выберу другого поставщика для знаний. Здесь приложение только ради денег

Написано семейный доступ 6 человек, по факту поделиться никак , где?

Приложение очень понравилось и всё вроде было хорошо, но потом доступ закрывается и просит 7 тысяч за год, но с барского плеча мне нужно заплатить всего 2,5 тыс. Печально осознавать, что найти хорошую образовательную платформу, которая не требовала бы больших денег, практически невозможно
