Many times it misreads the screenshot and suggests words that are not playable using letters not in my hand… other times it says there is no screen shot. Overall, I use it but it can be very frustrating and wrong.

The app actually works fine and helps when you’re stuck in a word game. BUT what they don’t tell you when you make your “one-time” purchase, is that the purchase price only includes 50 words (the ones with the little keys next to them). Not explained anywhere in the app description

This app worked for years, but several months ago it quit working. The screenshot it pulls up is random from your photos- not even closely related to a scrabble look! I contacted support, but that did not make any difference. They really did not seem to care about the degradation of their product! And, you bet, if I could have, they would not get even one star!

The app word great foe awhile. It would occasionally misspell words then it just stopped working. It could no longer recognize screen shoots and the quick import just chooses random photos.

I paid the $1.99 to unlock words to use in my puzzle, and now it’s asking for more money and won’t let me use the high point words.

It makes words with letters you don’t have anymore, not worth paying for those tries

I only use this app when I think my boyfriend is cheating too. I love it.

Just re downloaded, seems to be much faster, no errors so far, but not used in end game yet.

Consistently misidentifies letters. Lately it keeps creating words using an “R” and an “I” neither of which is in the tray. Has been going on for months. Time for an upgrade.
