An App Ruined by Relentless Ads
If you enjoy spending more time watching ads than actually playing a game, “Word with friends” is the app for you. What could have been a fun, relaxing word game is instead an endless assault of intrusive, excessive advertising. After every puzzle you’re forced to sit through painfully long ads, some of which are impossible to skip. The constant interruptions make it nearly impossible to enjoy the gameplay or stay engaged. It’s clear the developers are more interested in maximizing ad revenue than providing a good user experience. This app feels like a cash grab disguised as a game. The only option to get ride of ads is to pay a WEEKLY subscription which is obviously way too expensive, it's literally a joke Save yourself the frustration and find a word game that respects its players. This one’s a hard pass.
