Needs full keyboard access
Not impressed you can't use this app without granting full access to the keyboard. This does actually include sensitive data like credit cards etc. Not sure why it can't just be used as a standalone app. Disappointing.
Cancelled subscription
I cancelled the subscription and it’s not on my apple paid but the money still comes out
Can’t access it if you don’t pay to upgrade to premium
I can’t use it at all. Unless I click “upgrade” to premium. Which is like $35 aud a month!!! Such a rip off I am NOT gonna pay for it !

Advertised Features Don’t Work & Poor Customer Service
I have subscribed for two years. The writing AI feature was changed, and is now inoperable/non-existent. I have sent numerous chats to the firm’s Help Desk only to get a response to “be patient.” It shouldn’t take days to correct a feature advertised and not receive an interim update.
Terrible
They have no option to cancel my free trial and after I contacted them to cancel it so I won't get charged, I have not been helped.
Worst Customer Service
I was charged twice for a one year subscription. Once in September then again in November of the same year. I reached out to their “help center” and it has been a total waste of time. Said they would contact me within 24 hour and never did! So I called my bank to dispute the charge. My bank refunded me, but Wordtune turned around and charged me a THIRD TIME! I find it interesting that there is no possible way to communicate with a live person. They have a “bot” who will collect your information and tell you they will contact you within 12 hours and never do!! Then they end the chat with no resolution!
