it’s a bit better now since the update finally still got a few issues sometimes the jobs don’t pull up when you click on them and sometimes it will kinda strange but eh other than that going better now
Still missing features that Work Classic offers like completion notes after finishing questions I’m testing this version compared the work classic, I think with time this app will be just fine 2/9/19 update Finishing questions have disappeared, still no way to create a job card on the new app, had just made the switch and was ready to have the rest of my company do the same but not I’m back peddling because finishing questions have disappeared again 9/30/2019 update Start and finishing questions still missing, seems like they just gave up on the app instead of fixing minor issues, and still sticking with the Fleetmatics Work app which hasn’t been updated in 6 months either... this app is still a tremendous failure, you can’t see you finishing questions till after you punch out of a job 3/26/22
This app is not that bad but the biggest issue is that it does not send you to the GPS locations after receiving a job and make sure that it’s accurate. Needs technical work on accuracy all in all it’s OK
It keeps saying job no longer exists every time you back out of the app and kicks you out of the current job.
Keep getting backed out with “this job is not available” I’m gonna need to see a little more effort out of this developer.
Please update the app. The lack and services need to be better to have this app run more efficiently, it’s been over 9 months since it’s last update!
I assume this app was built to replace what’s now called Work Classic. However, I’m quite sure the developers have given up on fixing bugs, refining the interface, and adding useful features. On a busy day, I’m backed out of the screen I’m working on 40 times as I get the notification that “This job is no longer available.” Are you at all managed by The Verizon that has the #1 network in the US? Verizon Work, Fleetmatics, etc., are not up to par.
Everything about this app is terrible. Switched for ConnectWise to this and it was the worst thing my company has done.
There has been very little updating to this app in the last 7 months. Bug fixes and small issues might have been addressed but for some reason you are not listening to the end users. The functionality that is needed in the field has never been added. This could have been robust by now so I’m concerned this won’t ever “work” the way we were told it would when we signed on with Verizon Connect. What’s up Product Team? Why is it taking so long to get this going full steam?
