This program works with you to find what works for you as far as your recovery journey you get all the tools you need here counseling group a doctor courses to take and you can do it all through your phone. Everyone who you talk to is nice kind and understanding they help wherever they can and anyone who’s struggling but doesn’t have the means to get to a brick and mortar location this is the program for you this works and I have been clean for years using this program!

This app saved my life. I was desperate, didn’t know where to turn. I am a single mom and couldn’t do a long detox or in patient program. I saw a dr in a few days and was on my way. Thank you so much for providing this service.

If you’re looking to stay clean and need help, I highly recommend Workit. I’ve been with them for a year and I can honestly say I have no complaints one of the best programs I have ever tried. It’s so easy to do or you could do it off in the safety of your home. If you’re looking for a sign to change here it is! I believe in you, wherever you are, don’t give up it’ll all get better. If you do decide to do the program and won’t regret it. Good luck.

Greedy, Fly by Night Operation

Mikeatine on

Like the majority of MAT “clinics” this system was made simply so that greedy people can capitalize on peoples plight and, though you may be lucky enough to be assigned a doctor that seems to actually care about your health, it’s obvious that this company as a whole doesn’t care whatsoever about their patients. Just like the previous clinic I came from, Workit suddenly decided to close up shop in my state with very little notice or support for finding and transitioning to another MAT provider. Thankfully, because this has happened to me before, I decided to take less and aggressively taper my suboxone doses down, despite Workit’s doctors insistence that I remain on my prescribed dose. If I had followed their instructions, I would be in full withdrawals right now because I would have ran out without any way of getting a refill several days ago. One thing I majorly regret now is that I was too honest with doctor and asked them to keep prescribing lower doses. I should have just told them I was steady on 8mg rather than having them reduce me down to 4 and then 2mg. I’ve tapered myself down to .5mg and have made the last prescription last just barely long enough to get setup at a new clinic. They simply shut off my account and I’m unable to login to speak with anyone. I called their phone number to explain that no refill was given to support me, despite my requesting it prior to the sudden clinic shut down while I go through the several week long process just to get into another clinic. It seems only logical that the last 30 day prescription I was given (over 40 days ago) obviously means I would have ran out immediately just after they shut off services to my state. I was told that someone would reach out to me and here I am without anyone helping me. On top of this, on several occasions, they sent the wrong prescription fill date, or never sent the prescription at all after an appointment, then abruptly shut off all messaging or ability to communicate to anyone for assistance. Instead, they’re messaging app gives you a phone number that simply says to hang up and call 911. Imagine being left all weekend without being able to get your meds filled when you’re already in withdrawal. These people don’t care. I’m so tired of greedy businesses capitalizing on people who are suffering badly and just looking for help. These are people’s lives that are at stake here and many of them are holding out from full on life destroying relapse because of this medication. Ge

Starting to seem Scandalous

I had success during the time I participated in Workit’s program, I’ve always had great counselors and the groups were helpful.. well suboxone maintenance wasn’t really working for me so I’ve decided to switch MAT programs. I requested a discharge 4/18/23 it’s 5/23/23 and they’re “still working on my discharge” and STILL billing me / my insurance, I haven’t utilized the program in over a month at this point it’s fraudulent and I’m opening an investigation with my insurance into it because it does NOT take this long ??

Do not use!!

Lisamaree93 on

This is the worst telehealth app. I was with them for 2 years, and they basically never give you appointments with a counselor/therapist. I think in my 2 years with them I was given maybe 3 appointments with a counselor. Then there’s the provider, half the time she forgot to put my medications in for the pharmacy and I would have to wait weeks for my prescription, literal weeks! That didn’t “work” for me. Also, the fact that they cancelled services in California, and didn’t give me any notice until a week before they officially close down. So instead of trying to help me out and maybe refer me to another place where I could get my medication, they instead just blocked my account and will not respond back to any emails I’ve sent them. This app does not care about you, you’re just another number to them.

Awesome

First time I seen this, I thought oh great a good hustle…..

MandyCLynn13 on

How do you say my tight on the first time I seen this up I thought great I can hustle this no problem I can handle this and for the first couple months I did that I didn’t work the program I didn’t attempt to. I used it in negative ways and then, as I slowly began to do the groups and seeing other people in the groups changing and progressing and me still being where I was at miserable and uncomfortable and hating life well, I went ahead and checked myself into a detox and got myself on the correct medication’s that I needed to that work at provided and I’ve been doing it now for a steady month with only a doctor proscribed treatment I have no controlled substances now for 30 Days….. it’s one of the greatest apps that I’ve ever trued and it HAS SAVED MYLIFE!!!!! Thank you Everybody @ Work It xoxo
