Disgusting service for which you stop paying, they not only suspend the paid functionality, but also block access to your customer database
Our sales rep blatantly lied to us about how this app would function offline. We migrated all 800+ customers onto this platform only to find out that the functionality we were promised did not exist. The app would not allow our techs to log in while offline, and would randomly log them out while clocked into jobs. The Android version of this app literally didn’t even work, and would crash multiple times an hour, would not upload photos, notes, etc. We lost tons of time that could have gone to billable hours trying to get this to work, and waiting on hold for their CSRs to answer or call us back. Now we are in the process of migrating all our customer and financial data back off of this program and we can’t get anyone from the company to reply to our many calls and emails asking for help with this. While they did offer us a refund for misrepresenting their product, they won’t even give us a definite date for when our cancellation will go into effect! We wanted to like this company and develop a business relationship with them but they lied to us from the very start and have not expressed even the slightest interest in helping us. This is not how you treat people who are paying you hundreds of dollars a month. Horrible experience, buyer very much beware.
So the subscription plan is pricy and you have to pay an extra for the IP phone line which cost expensive for 1000 calls and 1000 text messages. You will have to pay extra for each next text or phone call. The app does not work like it supposed to be. Each next update brings more problem then before. The IT developers team don’t do any pre test and bugs fixing. If you try to chatting wit customer support about the system bug or mobile app problem it may takes a few weeks to get your request done or they will transfer you to ‘new feature request’ option Absolutely disappointed.
The app itself is great, but but for the price that we have been paying every single month for almost a year, we’ve only had to reach out to you guys twice. In both instances it required up to a week and then one instance two weeks to get a simple response back we are paying nearly $300 a month and it is absolutely ridiculous that a basic question where we are asking about spending more money to add on services, takes two weeks to get a response back. Your chat tells you to close the chat and we will message you separately then send an email to which we reply to. However, the email says that we’ve not heard back from you even though it is a response to us following up with the question, you try to call the 1855 number, and it tells you we’re busy try sending us a message and then hangs up. That wouldn’t be an issue if the chat conversation doesn’t go idle for 3 to 4 days before somebody actually responds to it based on our experience so far this year I can guarantee that we will not renew as there is no way that we are two for two on terrible response time and terrible service.
The system is good, but the customer service is disappointing. They often don't respond to phone calls or messages, making it frustrating to get assistance when needed.
The schedule & calendar is very glitchy on iPhone 12 has been like this for more than 4 months now. It’s really slowing me down when I’m trying to navigate through the system. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. That did not work. I also have an iPad and it is glitchy on the iPad as well, however, the system is not glitchy on my android. Please fix. Thank you
This software is a nightmare for business. It stop working again today. Calls are not coming, some not recording. Pages are not loading, sometimes to use some reports you should reload it, if you changed filters. It is junk. Their referral programs are not working, whey will not t pay you, i brought them 4 customers. This software only for schedule and invoices, no any working analytics, schedule you should refresh all the time. Waiting few weeks to move to another program.
We have repeatedly tried to cancel our subscription, but they ignore our emails and calls and continue to charge our card.
There is no opportunity to cancel the subscription in the app. You need to call them to cancel your subscription, they confirm it and never cancel. Their customer support is awful. It takes forever to receive any response from them when there is any problem. They have multiple negative feedbacks on BBB from people having the same problem
