we use this app for work, and schedule, but its so laggy and an slow loading, as soon as u start up the app u need to wait arround 60-90s for it the show up and show msg ect. really annoying hope this will be fixed

Constant log in issues and keep getting locked out of account for no reason

This app doesn’t tell me anything about my schedule or open shifts and it won’t clear out notifications. Seems the only purpose is to advertise to its employees because that’s the only feature that works. The “channels” tab needs to be deleted. I don’t even have access to two of the five categories. This app was poorly written lol

I wanna when they are gonna fix the schedule part. Starbucks uses this one but the schedule has n been updated yet idk if still has issues.

I enjoy using the app because I can easily see my schedule and make sure everything is correct and I also enjoy all of the new features you guys have been adding. It’s really cool.

Started a new job that utilizes WorkJam and it gets the basics done. No option in the app to provide feedback or report bugs. When scrolling through my schedule there appears to be no way to get back to today other than scrolling back. We utilize the messages function a lot but no way to attach more than one image to a posting. App works on iPad but appears to be just a blown up version of the iPhone app rather than taking advantage of the size of the screen to offer a better UI.

My biggest problems with this app is that even when the stay logged in function is toggled on it still makes me log in with all of my information every time, as well as the confusing nature of trying to input my availability.
