WorkMarket by ADP

Lots of stale work orders. Hard to find any real work. I had hoped that when ADP, one of the largest data processing companies in the world, took it over, it would get better. Sadly, it's slowly spiraling around the drain. Have had to work at 2 unpaid work orders since 2018. Apparently, they are unable to purge them. Stopped automatically posting to my calendar around 10 years ago.

The website doesn’t give an option to send a confirmation email to confirm your email and the resend email button on the app is malfunctioning I will contact Apple to remove this app from App Store if the developer fails to fix this.

I wish it took out what it needed for my taxes being a contractor

When downloading paystub, it is not indicated for what period of time the calculation was issued.

I used to get great work on WM before Covid. During Covid they got bought by ADP and has been continuously been getting worse and worse. I know many vendors that used to work on WM now refuse to and only sub on Field Nation. I have over 700 jobs completed on WM, and I find myself only recently taking jobs on FN which I only have 50 completed. Been getting worse and worse since they acquired OnForce years ago.

This app is by ADP so why does payment take so long? It’s the companies that use the app for me. Just use Shiftboard like everyone else!!! Today for some reason I can’t even get the app to open.

If you go under a companies file, all their active jobs will appear with the Fast Funds logo as if they are all fast funds approved. But if you make a note of a specific job under a company and go find that same job in the main search where it shows all jobs available u will begin to find that a lot of jobs are not fast funds approved and most businesses use this app just to get the benefits of taking weeks even months to pay techs. These companies have jobs that pay 60 bucks or 97 bucks but they want 21 days or 30 to 60 days to pay it. They also have a horrible rating system that’s very inaccurate. You could be communicating directly with a buyer and they tell you what time to be onsite, or you could just forget to check in on the app as soon as you get onsite. If you do not alert the app at the listed times, no matter if buyer has late penalties or not The app will record you as late and it will lower your overall rating for other buyers. They think their software is accurate enough to place ratings on field techs arrival time. Half the time the app doesn’t want to load correctly when signals are bad or your deep in a large brick building or in a basement of a building.
