Solved my confusion
I was in a confused state of mind, though I had dumbbells and barbells, I was following the basic workout routines. After few days i got boring and failed to maintain consistency. Was looking for an app to have an interesting mix and that motivates me. I downloaded and subscribed. It is cheaper than a month’s gym fee. It’s budget friendly and you will find effective alternatives for every muscle group. You can choose from different segments, home workout, garage, gym etc. Happy that I downloaded it.
