一点小建议

目前发现有些动作的提示不是很正确，个别动作缺少动作动图。建议推出拉伸模块功能，针对不同的肌群进行拉伸。每次训练完后，我都是额外到网上寻找拉伸动作，建议开发者推出肌肉拉伸的模块～

简单好用还免费

用了一个星期了，挺好用的健身计划记录软件，暂时感觉还需要增加多一点的功能，目前感觉就是去掉了社交功能的训记，希望能多点特色功能，比如健身图表，健身热力图什么的

用了几天，非常好用的健身计划app

强烈推荐！可以自定义健身训练模板，方便规划训练计划，而且记录也很全面，动作、次数、重量、时间等等多维度记录，如果后续能增加多点图表就更好了。值得一试！
